「グランドピアノと、その上に立つ4本の帆とともにインスタレーションを構成した｡帆は大航海時代を象徴し、ピアノからは音楽が流れ､海の波の音と呼応しながら旋律を奏でる｡

此一裝置藝術由平臺大鋼琴與豎立在其上的4根帆柱構成，帆柱象徵的是大航海時代，音樂聲從鋼琴流洩而出，與波浪聲相映成趣，形成美妙的旋律。

This installation comprises a grand piano topped by four sails that symbolize the Age of Discovery. Music issues from the piano, blending with the sound of the waves to create a single melody.」

「フェリーが女木港に近づくと、防波堤にずらりと並んだ約300羽のカモメが見えてくる。本物のカモメと同様、このオブジェも風が吹くといっせいに方向を変える。つまり風の流れとカモメの群れの習性を視覚化した作品だ。カモメは複数の防波堤に並んでいる。また前回の芸術祭で、木村がデザイン監修した新たな防潮堤が登場した。

As the ferry nears Megi Port, you will notice nearly three hundred seagulls perched along the seawalls. Like real seagulls, when the wind blows, they all change direction too. The weathervane installation visually captures wind flow and the behavior of seagull flocks. The seagulls adorn a number of seawalls. A new seawall was also added at the 2013 Triennale, with Takahito Kimura overseeing the design.

渡輪一接近女木港，就能看到300隻左右的海鷗在防波堤上一字排開。就像真的海鷗一樣，此一裝置藝術也會隨風改變方向。換句話說，這個作品是將海鷗排列在不同的防波堤上，進行風向與海鷗習性的視覺化。此外，前次藝術節中木村外觀設計、監督的新防潮堤也完成了。」

在往男木島的渡船航線，中點站停靠女木島，我們行程是沒有足夠時間在此逗留，只是在渡船短暫靠港讓往女木島旅客下船時，從船上拍攝在港口的作品。還有，女木島上的作品也比較不是我們的選項。

On the way to Island Ogijima, the high speed boat was shortly stopped for passengers getting off to the Island Megijima, we photographed pictures of works by the port from the boat.
